Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos

Cooking Method
Step 1:Β pre heat oven & heat up your tortillasΒ
Preheat oven to 425F
Bring a small dry pan (no oil) up to medium-high heat. Place your tortillas in the pan, flipping after about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with other side, and continue until all your tortillas are finished. ** VERY IMPORTANT β place your shells in a kitchen towel to make sure they donβt dry out.
Step 2: prep the vegetables
Remove your plants and cut as shown below.


Step 3: prepare your cauliflower

In a bowl add your buffalo sauce to your chopped cauliflower

Mix in your sauce until all your cauliflower is fully coated

Transfer to a baking sheet & cook in the oven for ~ 18 minutes
Step 4: build your tacos
tortilla on the bottom - then your buffalo cauliflower + coleslaw + cilantro and dont forget your squeeze of lime ππΏΒ

coleslaw: white cabbage, carrots, black beans, vegan mayo, mustard, apple cider vinegar
