      ZUPPA TOSCANA

      1. Remove your veggies and cut as shown below.

      2. Bring a large saucepan or pot (enough to hold about 4 cups of liquid) with a splash of oil up to medium-high heat.  Once hot, add in your potatoes and let cook for ~6 minutes or until starting to brown around the edges. Next, add in your soup mix and 2.5 cups of water and let them cook, stirring regularly.

      3. Bring a small saucepan up to medium-high heat and add in small pieces of your sausage and let cook approx ~8 minutes or until done and set aside.

      4. Once your sausage is done and your potatoes have been cooking ~ 5-6 minutes the soup should be starting to thicken. Add in your diced kale, 1/2 of your parsley, your sausage and 1/2 of you hemp parm & bacon and mix well. Keep cooking another 3-4 minutes or until the soup has thickened to your preference (it should be 'creamy' but not 'stewy'). If it seems to thick add a splash of water and if too think let cook just a little longer. 

      5. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with the rest of your hemp parm & bacon.
