      VODKA PASTA + GARLIC TOAST & CAESAR

      1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.

      2. Bring a medium-large pot of water with a pinch of salt to a boil. Once boiling, add in your pasta and let it cook for approximately 10 minutes.Before straining, reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water for later use.Strain the pasta and set it aside.

      3. Cut your veggies as shown below.

      4. Butter your bread and transfer to a lined baking sheet and let cook in the oven for ~5 minutes on until your desired 'toastiness' is reached.

      5. Once your pasta is done bring a large sauce pan up to medium high heat. Add in your pasta sauce + your pasta water (if you forgot just use 2 Tbsp regular water. Next add your pasta and mix until the sauce has thickened and is clinging to the pasta. 

      6. Combine your romaine + caesar dressing and 1/2 of your hemp parmesan and bacon and mix.

      7. Transfer your pasta to a bowl and garnish with your parsley and sprinkle of salt and pepper. Add the remaining hemp parm and bacon onto your salad & enjoy!
