      SUMMER ALFREDO


      1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling add in your pasta and let cook for~ 9 minutes. Before you strain your pasta keep ΒΌ of pasta water off to the side.** Strain and set aside.

      2. Remove your veggies and cut as shown below.

      3. Heat a large pan with a splash of oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the zucchini let it cook for about 3 minutes. Next, add the asparagus to the pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until they start to brown on the edges. Add the alfredo, strained peas, and 1/4 cup of pasta water and the strained pasta. Mix everything well and let it cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until everything is fully coated and sticking to the other ingredients.

      4.Build your dish. Pasta mix on the bottom. Top with your hemp parmesan & diced parsley. As always a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt & pepper.
