      POWER PROTEIN BOWL

      1. Preheat your oven to 375F

      2. Bring 1 cup of water + your 1/2 cup quinoa and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for approx 10 minutes.

      3. Remove your veggies and cut them as shown below.

      4.Toss the broccoli with a little oil and spread it on a lined baking sheet alongside your marinated tempeh and chickpeas. Place everything in the oven for about 18 minutes. Remove the broccoli after around 10 minutes, or once it's just starting to brown at the edges.

      5. Build your bowl. quinoa on the bottom, then all your veg + tempeh and chickpeas + tahini drizzle. Garnish with your parsley and pumpkin seeds! ENJOY!
