      Pineapple Cashew Fried Rice

      Very sorry for the inconvenience!

      In a pot, bring 1 cup of water, your rice and a pinch of salt to a boil. Once boiling, cover, and turn down to a low heat to simmer for approximately 12-14 minutes.

      STEP 2

      Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below. 


      STEP 3

      Bring a large pan + a splash of oil up to medium-high heat. Once hot, add in your onion + your mushrooms and let cook for ~4 minutes, until the veggies just start to brown. Then, add in your pineapple + pea mix and let cook for another 3 minutes. Then, add in your rice + sauce and stir until fully incorporated. Keep stirring occasionally for ~ 3 more minutes and then transfer to a serving bowl.

      STEP 3

      Build your bowl. Rice mix on the bottom & garnish with your green onion & your cashews! ENJOY!
