      PHILLY CHEESESTEAK

      1. Pre heat oven to 400F.

      2. Slice your mushroom and cut your onion & pepper into thin strips. Cut your potatoes into quarters.

      3. Toss your potatoes in a splash of oil and HALF of your potato seasoning. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and cook in the oven for ~20 min or until done.

      4. Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the diced mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Season with the remaining half of your potato seasoning (1/2 teaspoon) and cook for about 6 minutes, or until softened and browned around the edges.

      5. Pour in ΒΎ of your cheesesteak sauce (reserve the rest for the potatoes) and add 1 tablespoon of water. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.Now, create two spaces in the pan by pushing the mixture aside. Place cheese slices in these cleared areas. Top each cheese layer with a hoagie bun, open-faced. Cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the bun begins to toast slightly.Carefully flip the sandwiches using a spatula and transfer them to a serving plate.
