      1. Pre heat oven to 400F.

      2. Cut your veggies and cut as shown below.

      3. Toss your potatoes in a splash of oil and your potato seasoning. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and cook in the oven for ~20 min or until done.

      4. Form your meat balls into 6 equal portions. Transfer your meatballs to a lined baking sheet and let cook in the oven for ~12 minutes.


      5. Once your meatballs are cooked in the oven, heat a large pan with a splash of oil over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add your sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the meatballs and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thoroughly coats the meatballs.


      6. Assemble your sandwich. Hollow out the top side of your bread. Spread half of your garlic toum, garnish with chopped parsley, and sprinkle on hemp parmesan. Serve with potatoes on the side.
