All our deliveries are dropped-off on Monday and Tuesday each week. Our reuseable bag program is currently suspended. Your meals are delivered in recyclable boxes each week until can we return to our normal reusable packaging.
Cook
All our recipes are found online to save paper. We have easy to follow instructions with step-by-step pictures. Each meal is ready in less than 20 minutes, 100% plant-based, and delicious!
Repeat
Even though we aren't currently collecting our reusable bags, every plant-based meal you eat does make a difference for your health, your community & the environment. We are sure once you give us a try we will have you coming back for more.

We delivery across Toronto and surrounding area, and offer a choice of Monday or Tuesday delivery.
We deliver to other areas across the GTA through a delivery partner on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, depending on the area.

In-Store Pick-Up - Free
We offer in-store pick-up at our storefront at 476 Roncesvalles Avenue.
