      'CHKN' Shawarma Bowl

      1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (190Β°C).

      2. Bring 1 cup of water, your quinoa, and a pinch of salt to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and let cook for approximately 12 minutes.

      3. Prepare your vegetables by cutting them as shown. Transfer your chickpeas & chicken strips to a lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 16 -18 minutes.

      6. Assemble your bowl starting with quinoa at the base. Layer with cucumber, cabbage, and tomatoes. Next, add the roasted chickpeas and 'chkn'. Sprinkle your pickles and diced parsley on top. Finish with a tahini drizzle and a dollop of toum.
