'CHKN' & FETA GREEK SALAD
1. Preheat your oven to 475Β°F (190Β°C).
2. Prepare your vegetables by cutting them as shown. Transfer your chicken strips to a lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 16 -18 minutes.
3. In a large bowl mix your lettuce and about 3/4 of your greek dressing. Save some to drizzle on top after.
4. Assemble your bowl starting with your lettuce at the base. Top with cucumber, tofu feta (crumble if you want), olives and tomatoes. Next, add the roasted 'chkn' & diced parsley on top. Finish with any extra greek dressing.
