      Carrot Ginger Soup + Grilled Cheese


      STEP 1

      Bring a sauce pan + a splash of oil up to medium hight heat. Next add in your Soup mix + 1 cup of water. Stir well and regularly until warm and reduced by around 15%. 

      Be sure to season well with salt and pepper. 

      STEP 2

      Bring a large sauce pan + a large splash of oil (enough to cover the pan). Once up to temperature add in your grilled cheese cooking each side ~ 4 minutes each side or until golden brown.  

      When finished set aside.

      STEP 3

      Dice your parsley.

      Transfer your soup to a bowl and garnish with your sour cream, your chilli oil & your diced parsley & ENJOY!

      Pro tip be sure to dip that grilled cheese in the soup
