      Carrot & Ginger Soup + Grilled Cheese

      1. Dice Parsley 

      2. In a pot bring your carrot & ginger mix + 1.25 cups of water up to medium high heat, mix well. Let sit on the heat for ~ 8 minutes or until steaming but not bubbling , or to desired consistency/ temperature. 

      3. In a separate pan bring a heavy splash of oil up medium high heat. Add in your grilled cheese and let cook on each side for ~ 5-6 minutes or until browned and the cheese is melted.

      4. Build your dinner. In a bowl combine your carrot & ginger soup + sour cream drizzle + chilli oil + your pumpkin seeds + your diced parsley and a pinch of salt & pepper. Grilled cheese on the side & ENJOY!
