      1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

      2. Cut your veggies as shown below.

      3. Toss your broccoli in a splash of oil + salt and transfer to a lined baking sheet along with your marinated chickpeas and lightlife chicken. Place in the oven to cook for 18 minutes removing your broccoli after ~ 13 minutes.

      4. When your oven items are finished transfer your romaine, chickpeas, broccoli , caesar dressing and mix well. 

      5. Toss you chicken in your buffalo sauce. 

      6. Build you salad. Romaine mix on the bottom and with your tossed chicken on top. garnish with your hemp parmesan and bacon & ENJOY!
