WHITE BEAN CHILLI
Bring 1 Cup of water + your rice & a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling , cover, turn down to a simmer and let sit for ~ 11 minutes.
Remove your veggies and cut as shown below
Bring a large pan + a splash of oil up to medium high heat. Once hot add in your diced shallot and red pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes. Next add in your stew mix along with splash of water and mix thoroughly cooking for 12 minutes, if you stew starts to look too dry just add in another splash of water. With 2 minutes left in cooking add in 1/2 of your diced green onion mix thoroughly.
Transfer to a bowl with your rice on the bottom and your stew mix on top. Garnish with your cilantro, diced green onion and your garlic drizzle. An extra pinch of salt & pepper is alway suggested. ENJOY! :)
