Roasted Veggie Wrap
Preheat your oven to 400 F
Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below. 😇🌱
Toss your zucchini, red pepper and onion in oil + salt & pepper. Then toss your potato in a another splash of oil and mix throughly with your seasoning container. Bake for 18 minutes.
** Our oven might be hotter so please adjust cooking times according to make sure potatoes are cooked through. If need be remove your vegetables and cook your potatoes a little longe
Once your veggies are done you are able to start building your wrap. Bean dip on the bottom, veggies on top and then spinach on top of that.
If you want to try something different. once you roll your wrap put it back into the oven for ~ 5 minutes. Pro Tip!
Build your plate. Wrap on one side and potatoes on the other & ENJOY!! 🌿🦄

hot bean mix: oil, onion, garlic, cumin, chilli flakes, black beans, chipotle, lime
potato seasoning: paprika, chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt + pepper
