      Tomato Soup + Grilled Cheese + Caesar Salad

      1. Preheat your oven to 375Ā°F.

      2. Cut your veggies as shown.

      3. Place the chickpeas on a lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 17 minutes.

      4. In a pot, bring the tomato mixture and 2 cups of water to medium-high heat, mix well and let simmer for around 8 minutes or until steaming but not bubbling, or to desired consistency and temperature.

      5. In a separate pan, heat a splash of oil on medium-high heat, add in the grilled cheese and cook on each side for about 5-6 minutes or until browned and the cheese is melted.

      6. In a separate bowl, combine romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.

      7. Assemble your dinner by combining the tomato soup, chickpeas, diced parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Serve the grilled cheese and salad on the side, and top the salad with hemp parmesan. Enjoy!šŸ˜šŸ˜
