      Philly Cheesesteak


      Due to some unexpected shortages we just needed to alter the mushrooms in this recipes. Apologies for any inconvenience.


      1. Pre heat your oven to 400F. When hot place in your bread to cook for ~ 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

      2. Remove your veggies and cut as needed. Green Pepper, Mushroom and Onion into thin slices. Dice your potatoes into ~1/8th pieces

      3. Toss your potatoes in half of your potato seasoning and a splash of oil and toss until well coated. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for ~ 25 - Minutes or until cooked through.

      4. Bring a large pan + a heavy splash of oil up to medium-high heat. Once hot, add in your mushrooms and let cook for ~ 5 minutes or until browned around the edges. Then add in your dice onion + green pepper, and the rest of your potato seasoning, and let cook for ~ 6 minutes or until well browned.

      5. Add in 1/2 of your HP Mayo and mix well for ~ 2 minutes. Then form two piles in the pan and turn the temperature low.

      6. Add on your cheese slices and then place your bun over the top to steam and soften; cook for ~ 2 more minutes until the cheese has melted. CAREFULLY use a spatula flip out your sandwich + toppings.

      7. Transfer to a plate along with your potatoes and extra HP Mayo (for dipping)

      8. Enjoy! 😋
