Pre heat oven to 350F.
Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below.
Toss your broccoli in a splash of oil + a sprinkle of salt & pepper, transfer to a baking sheet along with your chickpeas. Place in the oven and back for ~ 17 minutes until slightly browned and cooked through.
Once it is done toss in your sweet chilli and set aside
In a separate bowl combine your kale + your cabbage + your nori dressing. Use your discretion for as how 'saucy' you like your salad. Set aside.
Build your bowl. Kale and cabbage on the bottom and topped with your sweet chilli broccoli & your roasted chickpeas and don't for get to sprinkle over your coconut bacon + hemp parmesan. ENJOY!

nori dressing: tofu, garlic, onion, capers, nori, tamari, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar
chickpea marinade: paprika, chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder
coconut bacon: coconut, paprika, garlic powder, oil, maple syrup, sesame seeds
