      Mushroom & Sausage Flatbread

      STEP 1

      Preheat oven to 375F

      GF: Bring a large pot of salted water up to a boil. Once boiling add in your pasta & let cook ~ 12 minutes or until ‘al dente’ where there is little to no crunch when tasting a piece. ** Before you strain your pasta keep ¼ of pasta water off to the side.** Strain and set aside.

      STEP 2

      Remove your veggies and cut as shown below.

      STEP 3

      Build your flatbread. Sauce on the bottom and topped with your diced mushroom, your crumbled sausage & your caramelized onion. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

      In a seperate bowl combine your shredded kale and your tahini dressing. Top with pumpkin seeds.

      STEP 4

      Cut up your flatbread and ENJOY! * a small drizzle of olive oil + a pinch of salt & pepper is always suggested ;)
