      Kale & Clementine

      STEP 1

      Remove your veggies and cut as shown below.

      STEP 2

      Bring a small sauce pan + a splash of oil up to medium high heat. Once hot add in your tofu and cook for 7 - 10 minutes until all the sauce has thickened up.

      In another bowl and mix you kale + cabbage and 3/4 of your dressing.

      STEP 3

      Build your salad. Toss your kale mix onto a bowl / plate and top with your tofu + avocado + clementine and garnish with your nut and seed garnish. ENJOY!
