      STEP 1

      Remove your veggies and cut as shown below

      STEP 2

      Bring a pan + a large splash of oil up to medium high heat. Add in your red pepper and onion and let cook for ~ 5 minutes. Next add in your tomato mix + your rice + your strained bean mix & 1.5 cups of water and let cook stirring regularly for ~ 13 minutes. ***Your rice should have no crunch when tasting it, just cook longer until soft.

      STEP 5

      Build your bowl. Jamabalaya mix on the bottom and a garnish of parsley + green onion on top & a sprinkle of salt & pepper on top! ENJOY!
