      STEP 1

      Preheat your oven to 375 F Bring 1 cup of water + your quinoa and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for ~ 11 minutes.

      STEP 2

      Remove your veggies and cut as shown below. Runs your peas under cold water

      STEP 3

      Toss your broccoli in a splash of oil + a pinch of salt and pepper. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and cook in the oven for ~ 15 minutes. 

      STEP 4

      Build your bowl. Quinoa on the bottom. All your veggies + tofu feta on top. Then drizzle with your green goddess sauce and your everything bagel seasoning & ENJOY!
