      Halloumi Pita

      STEP 1

      Pre heat your oven to 400 F

      GF: Bring your rice + 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a simmer, cover and let sit for 12 minutes.

      STEP 2

      Remove your veggies and cut them into slices. Lightly chop you parsley.

      Cut your potatoes in 1/4 pieces. Toss your potatoes in a splash of oil + your potato seasoning and transfer to a lined baking sheet along with your halloumi. Place in the oven to cook for 18 minutes. If you need let potatoes cook longer.
      Toast your bread with 3 minutes left.

      STEP 3

      Build your sandwich with all the toppings + potatoes on the side  & ENJOY! 😊🌸🌿
