Bring a large pot of water + a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling add in your orzo and cook for 9 minutes.
Remove your vegetables and cut as shown below.
Bring a large sauce pan + a large splash of oil up to medium high heat. Once hot add in your shallot and broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Next add in your chorizo mix and cook for another 5 minutes. Add in your orzo + and your sauce and cook for 5 minutes more stirring regularly. All of your sauce should be sticking to the pasta.
Build your bowl. Pasta mix on the bottom then garnish with your tofu feta & hemp parm! Don't forget to add an extra drizzle of olive oil + a pinch of salt and pepper & enjoy!
