Bring 1.5 cups of water and your rice + a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, turn down to a simmer, cover, and let cook for ~12 mins.
Remove your vegetables and cut as shown below. We will have photo updated shortly.
Tofu in cubes // Green Onion in larger 1 cm sections // diced into florets // diced shallot
Bring a large sauce pan + a splash of oil up to medium high heat. Once hot add in your shallots and your tofu. Let that cook for 5 minutes. Next add in yuor broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes as it just starts to brown. Next add in your bourbon sauce and let cook until it really starts to thicken up ~ 7 minutes. In the last minute toss in your green onion.
Build your bowl! rice on the bottom, tofu broccoli mix on top and some sesame seeds as garnish! 😁😁
