      Bourbon Tofu


      STEP 1


      Pre heat your oven to 400 F


      Bring a pot + 1,5 Cups of water, your rice and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for ~ 11 minutes.



      STEP 2

      Cut your tofu into ~ 1 inch cubes. Your broccoli into florets, green onion into stripes and slice your shallot. 



      Toss your broccoli & tofu in a splash of oil + salt and pepper then transfer to a lined baking sheet to cook.the oven for 16 minutes. 

      STEP 3

      Once your broccoli and tofu are finished in the oven bring a large pan + a splash of oil up to medium high. Once hot add in your tofu, broccoli, green onion & sauceand let cook for just 5 minutes or until the sauce has thicken up and clung to the other ingredients. 

      STEP 4

      Build your dish. Rice on the bottom then your veggies on top and garnish with your sesame seeds + a pinch of salt and pepper  & ENJOY! 😊🌸🌿
