Broccoli & Asparagus Alfredo
Bring a large pot of salted water up to a boil. Once boiling add in your pasta and let cook for ~ 11 minutes. ****Keep 1/3 cup pasta water off the side****. Strain and set aside.
Remove your veggies & cut as shown below.
Bring a large pan with a small splash of oil up to medium/high heat. Add in the broccoli + asparagus and cook for an approximately 7 minutes or until browned. Next, add the alfredo sauce and reserved pasta water to the pan and cook for approximately 1 minute, stirring regularly. Add the spinach + your strained peas in after around a minute of cooking, turn the heat down to low and stir together. Once the spinach has wilted, add in the bow tie pasta and mix together with the sauce and veggies until well combined.
Transfer eveything to a bowl and top with your parm + coco bacon & your chilli oil . ENJOY!😊🌸🌿
