5 SPICE TACOS

1.Preheat your oven to 400F.
2. For the tortillas, bring a small pan to high heat. Do not use any oil. Once the pan is hot, toast each tortilla individually for 30-45 seconds. They should be just starting to brown on each side. Be sure to keep them under a towel until you build your tacos.
3. Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below.

4. In a bowl, combine your tofu, walnuts, mushroom, a heavy splash of oil, cornstarch, Chinese five-spice powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
5. Transfer the tofu mixture to a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 18 minutes.


6. Build your tacos by placing a tortilla on a plate, then adding the oven-roasted vegetables and topping with coleslaw. Drizzle with your spicy mayo and garnish with green onions.
